How the Virtual Consultation Works

The consultation takes place through FaceTime or Google Meet. Please join from a well-lit area with your hair down and visible so our team can get the clearest possible view of your current hair.

Be prepared to discuss any previous color, lightener, chemical treatments, extensions, breakage, or hair-loss concerns.

What Happens After the Consultation?

If hair extensions appear suitable for your hair and goals, the next step is usually an in-person hair extension color match.

During the color-match appointment, we can evaluate your natural hair more closely, select the appropriate extension shades, and finalize the recommended length, volume, number of rows, hair order, installation plan, and investment.

Completing a virtual consultation does not guarantee that extensions will be recommended. Our team will prioritize a plan that is realistic for your natural hair, desired result, and ability to maintain the extensions properly.
