Refund Policy for Color Couture

At Color Couture, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional hair color, extensions, and hair care products and tools. We understand that, occasionally, clients may not be fully satisfied with their purchase or service. Therefore, we have established a transparent and fair refund policy, which complies with Google, Meta, and Shopify guidelines.

  1. Hair Color and Extension Services:

a. If you are not satisfied with your hair color or extension service, please notify a salon representative immediately or within 48 hours of the service. We will be happy to offer a complimentary consultation and redo the service at no additional cost, subject to availability. This offer is valid within 7 days of the original service date.

b. Refunds for hair color and extension services will only be considered if you have first allowed us the opportunity to redo the service, and the outcome is still not satisfactory. Refund requests must be made in writing within 14 days of the original service date and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

c. Please note that deposits made for appointments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  1. Hair Care Products and Tools:

a. Unopened and unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Please provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

b. If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

c. Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

d. Tools, such as hair dryers, straighteners, and curling irons, can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and have not been used. If a tool is found to be defective within the warranty period, please contact the manufacturer for further assistance.

  1. Gift Cards and Vouchers:

a. Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

b. Gift cards and vouchers must be redeemed within the validity period and cannot be extended.

Please note that all refund requests are subject to the discretion of Color Couture management. We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not comply with our refund policy.
