NEW YORK — Barbershop chains have been selling up to a half-million hair extensions, haircuts and other items per day at a time, according to a report from the New York Times.
The New York Post, citing unnamed sources, said that in 2018 the largest chain of hair stylists in the U.S. is the Barbershop Company of America, with more than 10,000 employees in the United States and Canada.
Barbershops have been able to offer a wide range of haircuts in addition to those for men, which include full haircuts, partial haircuts (that are longer than the cut) and hair extensions.
The Times said that it found that many of the products sold on the company’s website are also sold on other retail outlets, including beauty salons and hair salons.
In addition to its beauty salon chain, Barbershops also has branches for men’s haircuts at its beauty salon, and it also sells men’s hair extensions and hair accessories.
The New York Daily News reported in August that Barbershoes was planning to sell its men’s shampoo line in 2018, but that the company has since removed that product from its website.
Barber’s also in the market for a barber, with a spokeswoman saying the company was looking for someone who would be a good fit.
The spokeswoman declined to say who the candidate would be.
Barbershot has been a leader in the hair salon business for decades.
The company is best known for its long-lasting, high-quality hair products.
It has more than 8,000 stores in the country and has more stores than any other chain in the world.
