The latest trend in haircuts is the tapered bob, but the old-fashioned method of straightening and smoothing is still a staple.
Hair stylists say the tape can give you a smoother look and even more control, and the process takes less time and requires less effort.
For some, that’s worth the hassle.
Here’s how to get started.
Cut a tapered curl on the outer side of your head, about an inch from the crown of your nose.
Hold the tape in place by holding a clipart scissors with a thin, circular blade in the middle and pinning it into place with your fingers.
Repeat the process on the other side.
Then pull the tape off.
You may have to take a couple of steps to get the clipart blade to release.
